Daniel Ring, 33, was dropped disconnected astatine the Elfin Lakes Trailhead connected July 7 intending to campy astatine Rampart Ponds, but helium ne'er returned home.

On Thursday, Squamish RCMP confirmed Ring was located by wildfire crews responding by chopper to a occurrence successful the area.
